Great news! We now have a Discord server called CPPL Teens!

To participate:

  • You must be between the ages of 13 and 17.
  • Your parent or guardian must complete and submit a copy of this permission form.
  • Once completed, the form can either be turned in to staff at one of our branches or uploaded below.
  • Our Programming Department staff will review the form then send you an invite to CPPL Teens.
