What is Library To-Go?

Library To-Go is the library's delivery service for Calcasieu Parish residents who are unable to visit a library location due to age, illness, or disability.
We offer home visits and deliver library materials to residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Daycares, schools, nursing homes, assisted living, and other care facilities are welcome to apply for our Library To-Go service to receive materials for on-site use. Deliveries are made monthly.

Library materials are checked out and delivered directly to the front door of a person or facility by a library staff member. Personalization is a key feature of this service, and library staff will collaborate with each individual or facility to cater to their interests and needs. Library To-Go users can check out a range of materials, including books, audiobooks, DVDs, CDs, and magazines.

This page provides details about who qualifies for the Library To-Go service, how to apply, and includes links to both the physical and online application forms.
