If you change your library card number or email address, it may affect your access to the following digital resources: Freading, freegalmusic+, hooplaDigital, Kanopy, Library Elf, Loanshark, Mango Languages, OverDrive or Libby, by OverDrive, and Udemy.
Lost Card or Replacement Card: With a new card, you'll be considered a new patron. It may appear as though you’ve lost all your music, as it’s linked to your previous barcode. The vendor is unable to transfer any data from your old library card number to the new one.
We recommend backing up your music so you can recover it from your old barcode. Users will need to rebuild any playlists and wish lists you've created. For assistance, refer to freegalmusic+ help.
Changed Email Address: Change notification email address under "My Account" then "Notifications".
Lost Card or Replacement Card: Update card number (or pin) in Settings, then in the Library section.
Changed Email Address: You'll need your previous email address to log in. To update your email address, click on the email address in the top right corner.
No longer have access to old email: Create a new account with a new email address or contact your branch for further assistance.
Lost Card or Replacement Card: Add replacement ID then and remove lost ID in account.
Changed Email Address: View "My Account", "Sign-in" tab, enter a new address, then click "Save".
A confirmation email will be sent, so please confirm.
Close Account: Sign in, then view "My Account", then click "Close Account".
NOTE: The instructions below are users who signed up with a Gale account, not a Google or Microsoft account.
Forgot Password: Select "Need help signing in?", then "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page.
