Lost Card or Replacement Card
With a new card, you'll be considered a new patron. It may appear as though you’ve lost all your music, as it’s linked to your previous barcode.
The vendor is unable to transfer any data from your old library card number to the new one.
We recommend backing up your music so you can recover it from your old barcode. Users will need to rebuild any playlists and wish lists you've created.

Change notification email address under My Account > Notifications.
