Learn about the Libraries Southwest Consortium

LSW Libraries logo

Libraries Southwest (LSW) is a non-profit organization comprising libraries, librarians, trustees, and individuals dedicated to promoting and enhancing library services in Southwest Louisiana.

This Consortium offers a variety of services. For additional details, please visit Beauregard Parish's Information Portal.

The reciprocal borrowers' agreement allows LSW cardholders from the following parishes to access services within those areas: Allen Parish, Beauregard Parish, Calcasieu Parish, Cameron Parish, Jefferson Davis Parish, and Vernon Parish. Residents of these parishes are eligible for an LSW card, which also provides access to a shared collection of audiobooks and eBooks.

Always check with your home parish library for eligibility requirements. For more information about the LSW card, refer to CPPL's Circulation Policy.
