Strut on down to the library and join songstress Johnette Downing for a concert of swampy songs about Louisiana animals.
Johnette’s irresistible Cajun, Creole, zydeco and jazz influenced rhythms have children toe-tapping and handclapping to playfully evocative songs about ‘gators, ‘skeeters, ‘possums, and mudbugs. The song from her beloved book Down in Louisiana is featured among others.
