This branch is located in South Lake Charles and is the library system's main branch. It houses both the main branch and the library's administrative offices. Services include but are not limited to laptops that can be checked out and used in the library, self-checkout stations, faxing, scanning, and printing services, study rooms, and conference rooms. 

One-person occupancy study rooms

  • Study rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis by speaking with staff at the Service Desk or by contacting the branch.
  • Reservations are taken on day of only between the hours of 9:00 AM and 7:30 PM.
  • Rooms are not available outside of library hours of operation.
