In this program, we will watch informational videos, read and review excerpts from books and discuss. Bring your memories and share your experiences of what it was like to travel in the Civil Rights era. We will be discussing the book, Driving While Black by Gretchen Sorin.
Located in South Lake Charles, this is the library system's main branch, housing both the library and administrative offices. Services include laptop checkouts, self-checkout stations, faxing, scanning, printing, study rooms, community rooms, and a creative space.
