Spread your kindness by making care packages for the homeless using drawstring tote bags created from scratch.

After putting together the tote bags, patrons are invited to help us fill them with essential items to help the homeless. The care packages we will be making will be donated to a local homeless shelter in our area. All items will be provided. Registration is required.

About the branch

Serving the Moss Bluff community since 1945, this branch was built in 1993 as the 18th branch of the Calcasieu Parish Public Library system. Its versatile meeting room hosts library programs, Early Voting for local residents, and is available for public reservations. The branch is easily accessible with ample parking and a convenient circle drive.
