The Junior League will sponsor the Read To Your Doll Program! Enjoy a story, pick a book and practice reading aloud to an American Doll or one of your own dolls or stuffed animals!
We are excited to partner with the Junior League of Lake Charles to host the Read To Your Doll Program and the American Dolls! Children can read to one of the American Dolls, enjoy a small snack, bring your personal doll to our Doll Beauty Salon, and also check out an American Doll from our library's collection. The American Doll collection is made possible by the Junior League of Lake Charles.
Located in South Lake Charles, this is the library system's main branch, housing both the library and administrative offices. Services include laptop checkouts, self-checkout stations, faxing, scanning, printing, study rooms, community rooms, and a creative space.
