Author and illustrator Rebekah Hair will be visiting the Vinton Library to discuss her book, "Take That, Hurricane!," which tells an uplifting story of community and togetherness during a natural disaster. At the end, participants will make a craft inspired by the book.
Opened on October 24, 2022, this location continues the services of the former Fontenot Memorial Branch, named in honor of the late Jimmy Lee Fontenot of Vinton. It features a collection of popular materials, a drive-thru window, gaming PCs, a study room, conference room, and a community room.
